CDP Domingo Paulino Santiago adds DeVaughn to their roster, ex Huracanes

CDP Domingo Paulino Santiago (Santiago League) added to their roster 31-year old American power forward Gerard DeVaughn (206-118kg-88, college: Stillman). He just played at Huracanes in Mexican LNBP. In 10 games he had 14.4ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.1apg this season. The last summer DeVaughn played at Atleticos (BSN) in Puerto Rican league where in four games he recorded 9.5ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.5apg.
In 2013 (three years after he left the college) DeVaughn was drafted by Halifax Rainmen (NBL Canada) as #5 pick overall.
He attended Stillman College (NAIA) until 2010 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.
DeVaughn played in the final of PBL in 2017.
He is quite experienced player. DeVaughn's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in seven different countries. DeVaughn tasted the life as pro basketball player in Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Jordan (Ittihad Schools), Bolivia (Amistad), PBL (Kentucky M.), UBA (Atlanta A.), NABL (Indianapolis D.) and WBA (Atlanta Blaze).
DeVaughn is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
